I specialise in crafting exclusive private dining experiences, where food is not just a meal but a journey—blending flavors, culture, and artistry into every dish. Based in tropical Singapore, I bring my love for Asia and Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine to intimate gatherings, curating menus that are both healthy and indulgent, inspired by my global adventures.
My private dining experience is set in a stunning rooftop space, offering breathtaking sunset views and a jacuzzi, designed for a select group of up to 10 guests. Here, I take guests on a gastronomic adventure, featuring Asia as well as Fusion cuisine, handcrafted drinks and special selected French wine.
My culinary journey began at the age of nine, learning from my mother, an incredible home chef who mastered Chinese, Malay, and Indian cuisine. One of my most cherished memories is baking mooncakes with my mom and daughter—three generations, coming together through food, tradition, and love. That deep connection with food and family shapes everything I create today.
Beyond hosting intimate dining experiences, I also teach masterclasses:

During the holiday season, I channel my passion into fundraising workshops and festive dining experiences, such as my Christmas Gastronomia Experience, featuring smoked duck Wellington, Japanese snow crab risotto, and festive desserts.
